• Registration forms are kept digitally and are subject to statutory retention obligations.

• Booking data and invoices: 10 years retention

• Police registration forms: required by law

• Data will only be deleted upon request, provided that no legal obligations prevent this

4. Email Communication

Emails sent during booking or check-in processes serve to maintain the user journey.
A newsletter is not sent.

5. Sharing and International Transfer of Data

• Data is only shared with the named third-party providers.

• Payment data is only transmitted to credit card providers and acquirers.

• Framer servers are distributed worldwide to ensure reliability and performance.
